    I really want to lose a big of wieght and tone my belly, i'v heard loads of stories how you lose weight but does anyone actualy know if it tones your tummy cause thats the main reason im soing it? (:

  • hi jennie. i think you'd need to incorporate weight training exercise to actually tone your tummy. the 2 week challenge should help you lose weight overall and all around but for specific target areas like your tummy, crunches/pilates/swiss ball etc is what you're looking for. good luck! im in a similar boat so i understand!
