Shine a little sun onto your exercise routine with toning work
you can do easily every day. Incorporating a few exercises into
your daily habit is easy and can work wonders.
Tone you thighs
It's time to get ready for beach wear. You can tone your inner
thighs easily whilst sitting at a desk, a table or even on the
couch. Sit tall and squeeze your knees and ankles together as hard
as you can, holding for 20 seconds. Repeat the squeeze throughout
the day whenever you remember. Keep your face relaxed or you'll
give the game away.
Get a flat tummy
Achieve a flatter tummy by sitting astride a chair so you are
facing the back. Hold on lightly to the chair back then lean away
as far as you can without letting go. Then release your hands and
hold for as long as you can before coming back upright. Try
repeating, this time holding for a little longer. Keep taking deep
breaths throughout.
Get ready for your bikini
A great thigh toning exercise is to stand with your feet apart,
bend your knees and lean over resting your elbows on the top of
your knees, clasping your hands together. Gently pulse up and down,
bending and slightly straightening your legs. Try to make sure your
whole body moves up and down, not just your legs! Try 15 reps, rest
then repeat. Think of looking great in that bikini.
Exercise for your bottom
If you're worried about baring all on the beach this summer, try
this exercise to help tone your thighs and lift your bottom. Using
a step, put your right foot flat on the step; then move your left
foot back, keeping your heel off the floor. Keeping your weight
even between both feet, bend your left knee straight down in a
vertical line towards the floor, keeping your body upright, then
come back up. Do 12 reps - and don't forget the left side.
Tone your bottom and thighs
Want to reach your goal of feeling fab in your bikini this
summer? Tone your bottom and thighs by standing with your back
against a wall, with your feet apart and ½ a pace away. Slide your
back down the wall, bending the knees as far as is comfortable for
you (keeping your heels on the floor); and hold for 10 seconds.
Rest, then repeat 3 times.
Train your tummy while sitting
If you'd like a toned tummy to look great in your bikini this
summer, use this exercise while sitting. Pull in your tummy in
towards the back of the chair as you breathe in, trying not to lift
your shoulders. As you breathe out, pull it in even further. Keep
repeating for up to 5 minutes or until your tummy feels tired. Make
sure you keep your face and neck relaxed, and don't hold your
breath.
Show off your arms
Show off your arms this summer by toning up the easy way. Just
stand with your arms straight out to the side at shoulder height,
hands in fists, then make small circles as fast as you can 30
times! Then, keeping your arms where they are, flick the fingers
out then back into fists as hard as you can 30 times. Rest, then
repeat up to 3 more times. Try to keep your shoulders down.
Build up strength in your arms
Start toning your arms by holding a bag of sugar in both hands
and stretching your arms straight out in front of you at chest
height. Try to keep your shoulders down. Hold as long as you can
then relax. Time yourself at the start of the month and again at
the end and see how you soon build up your strength.
