Ask why
Are you able to identify why you are snacking into the night? If
you're bored, maybe it's time to take up a new hobby. If you are
struggling to relax, can you try alternative relaxation techniques
like having a long relaxing soak in the bath, or trying yoga or
Pilates.
Have a healthy swap
If you are on the long term eating plan and looking for a
healthy snack, then try a bowl of breakfast cereal like Special K
Bliss Creamy Berry Crunch or a portion of fruit, or
some vegetable sticks and low-fat dips.
