I eat late in the evening

If you find yourself regularly eating late in the evening, then here is some advice.

Ask why

Are you able to identify why you are snacking into the night? If you're bored, maybe it's time to take up a new hobby. If you are struggling to relax, can you try alternative relaxation techniques like having a long relaxing soak in the bath, or trying yoga or Pilates.

Have a healthy swap

If you are on the long term eating plan and looking for a healthy snack, then try a bowl of breakfast cereal like Special K Bliss Creamy Berry Crunch or a portion of fruit, or some vegetable sticks and low-fat dips.
