Long term healthy eating plan

This is a plan for everyone!

If you have a BMI of under 25, have recently completed the Special K kick-start plan, or have a BMI of over 25 and are looking to adopt a healthier eating plan then we recommend you choose the long-term plan.

On the long-term plan, you simply need to enjoy a bowl of any of the delicious varieties of Special K cereal for breakfast and then eat a range of healthy balanced meals and snacks throughout the day.

This plan gives you lots of advice, ideas, tools and support from our nutrition and fitness experts. It is designed to inspire a behavioural change, to educate you about nutrition and encourage active living so you can create a plan that will last.
