I have a very busy lifestyle - lots of friends, lots of work,
lots of socialising and little time, which is why the 2 week plan
is perfect for me. I'm always on the go, and don't have time for
complicated exercise regimes - which is why the Special
K plan was perfect for me.
A friend and I were keen to get back into shape, but knew that
we were pretty rubbish at sticking to any kind of long term plan.
The idea of cereal a couple of times a day and then a normal meal
was easy. We started together and chose in the 1st week to have a
normal lunch with everyone else in the office (it helps break up
the day!) and then have the 2nd bowl of cereal in the evening.
After a few days we swapped to having the meal in the evening
because it was quite hard to not come home to a nice hot meal.

Berry was my favourite cereal, and cherries and strawberries
were a savior on those weekends where you needed a sweet snack!
We did struggle from time to time, but having each other for
moral support really helped us. We also became quite
competitive!
